CANCELLATION POLICY

NO SHOW POLICY No call/No Shows will NOT be tolerated. Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. I kindly ask that you please let me know if you need to cancel so that I can make your time slot available to other clients. If you are unable to make your appointment without cancelling, you will be charged 100% of your service. This must be paid prior to you being able to book with me in the future. CANCELLATION POLICY In the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24 hrs of your appointment time) You will be charged 30% of your service. If there is an emergency, please let me know. LATE ARRIVALS Kindly note, we reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you are running late, please call as soon as possible. If you happen to be running more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service; in this case we'll offer you a shorter service time or the option to reschedule. *By confirming your reservation online or over the phone, you agree to the terms of these policies.
