Cancellation Policy
•Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel/reschedule.
• In the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24-hrs of your appointment time) You will be charged 50% of your service. If there is an emergency, please let me know.
•Cancellations made within 4 hours from your scheduled appointment time will incur a full fee of the scheduled service(s).
•No Call No Shows, will not be allowed to rebook.
•Cancellation fees must be settled prior to booking another appointment.
•Arriving 15 minutes late to your appointment will be considered canceled and subject to fees as followed.
